hello and thank you very much for contacting GTV organization! How did you find our web page, if I may ask? 
As to your question, we operate in South East Asia just because we normally work in countries where we have strong connections and contacts (with local organizations and individuals). The case is, our contacts are mostly in Vietnam. Anyways there are plenty of other NGOs working in DRC!
